The Purpose of the North Port Amateur Radio Club
The purpose of the North Port Amateur Radio Club (NPARC) is to further the exchange of information and cooperation between members, to promote radio knowledge, fraternalism, and individual operating efficiency, to conduct club programs and activities as to advance the interests of Amateur Radio in the community and to perform organized public service during emergencies and disasters.
NPARC - Meets every month on the second Wednesday at 7pm at the AMVETS posts 2000 club in Warm Mineral Springs Florida.
Weekly 2 Meter Net - The Club holds a 2 Meter net every Tuesday night at 8:00pm. You DO NOT need to be a member and all Amateur Radio Operators are welcome to join in. Repeater is at 147.120 with a PL Tone 136.5Hz. Check the Calendar for any changes in times or repeater.
40 Meter Net - Every Thursday night the club hosts a 40 Meter net on 7.200 Mhz at 7:30PM
